Can’t reproduce. Do you mean the barriers don’t show health bars? That’s intended.
The bullet spawn points don’t bank as the spacecraft banks (this is a technical limitation: bullets are spawned on server, but banking is maintained client-side only).
And the chickens too.
If it doesn’t show for barriers, that’s normal, don’t think it’s a bug.
I just tried it now, and I can see the health bars 
Maybe I guess he forgot to equip it.

Ok, so my initial fix (of unclamping difficulty) was hasty and ill-advised, and will not fix the problem.
I still don’t have a good solution for a general fix. As a stop-gap measure, I’ve reduced all wave difficulty limits by 20% (i.e. I split the difference 0%-40%), so on average they will appear on easier missions.
Suggestions for a more proper fix are welcome.
