That bug report was about an (apparent) sorting error. I still haven’t fixed it.
All I did (for this bug) was condense consecutive missions into one. If you play missions A and B in this order: A B A B A B, then they would all still be displayed (and you would still see what you describe in your original bug report)

Ye it’s still hard after this update ngl
I passed it, you need either rare Spacecrafts or eggulars I used both just to make sure 
they will reduce the hitbox of you Spacecraft.

Then you have to rely on your dodging skill or play other missions
You could use special weapons like dimensional phase-out.
Now that needs a real nerf, because this is now WAY hard.
