Early Access version 14

The locate button does not work for contacts that are too far away from my ship. The game also crashed soon after with this error. [what]

Early Access version 10

The galaxy exploration progress appears to have been reset. [test] I only have that single star explored, while I had much more around my location before the update. Everything else is still there, though (inventory, spacecraft, etc.) Oh, and I can’t interact with anything inside of the star system I’m in, even though it says that I’m already there.

Another issue I have to point out is this. [extra%20slots%20but%20they%20suck] Shouldn’t I be able to buy more extra slots than just one? Having just one isn’t really helpful.

I’m not sure if the following two count.

Invulnerability Shield Bug

Without any Invulnerability Extensions, the invulnerability shield stops working one second after the ship respawns, while it visually goes away after three seconds. Here’s a video showing it:

I wasn’t the first to report this one but I managed to reproduce it.
