I am thing about a level editor system. Level Editor There will be a level editor on the main menu before connecting to server. When you click it there will be a menu. A wave editor is not a feasible option. A mission editor is a much more realistic prospect (still, it’s not something you should expect any time soon)

As of mods, I highly doubt it. CIU is an online game without singleplayer content so mods wouldn’t be good addition as they can change a lot.
