How can I publish a CIU mod that changes only some effect sounds and changed STs.
I’m preparing one that I want to share with you. 
Upload it wherever you want (Dropbox, Google drive etc.) and edit the “mod list” post to add your entry and download link.

How and where to edit the “mod list” I hardly know how to navigate this forum.

Just press “edit” on the post I linked and fill the rest according to the template other mods use:
UPD: Sorry, I missed the fact that your trust level is “Basic”, I don’t think you can edit wiki posts. Just type out the entry here and I (or someone else) will copy it over.

Hello, and welcome to the forum!
I have now added your mod to the list.
There’s one more thing I’d like to add: the voice lines for when the player dies and a Speedy Recovery taking effect overlap. I marked the beginning of it with a red line. You might want to adjust when these voice lines are played.
