22nd update of Super Bejeweled Impact:
Enjoy your summer holiday with soundtracks I’ve selected and extended from Blue Archive!

This can be found later in “Seasonal soundtrack mods” folder. Since there’s no summer-themed soundtracks in CIU, this mod should only be installed in “CIU.dat.222x.standard”.

And here’s summer SFX mods if you want full summer experience (These can be found later in “Seasonal SFX mods” folder):

Part 1 should be installed in “CIU.dat.222x.standard”, and part 2 should be installed in “CIU.dat.222x.summer”.

Additionally, I’ve adjusted spacings and added a few more Latin, Greek and Cyrillic characters for Blue Archive font:

This can be found later in “Blue Archive GFX mods for CIU” folder.

And you can try this font for yourself! (The password is justdoit)

Basic mod, just turns some stuff into how they looked like in the original CI1.

IAMI v1.3.9.0 was released.

Changes for those who are in a hurry:

  • You can now skip all missing files (type “all” instead of "y’).
  • Should be faster (new progress bar as a side effect).
  • No blur in file dialogue window on high DPI monitors (hopefully).
  • CIU.dat.222x.summer is now also visible with the default format filter.

Where to get:
The same google drive/yandex disk folder as always.

Proper changes:

  • File buffer size can no longer be changed manually and is now hardcoded to 32 KB (was previously 10 MB by default).
  • File buffer is also no longer allocated in the heap.
  • Removed unnecessary write operations when copying files and calculating CRCs which only slowed things down.
  • Corrected credits a bit.
  • Added summer WADs to the open file dialog filter.
  • Reduced the file size by stripping unnecessary stuff.
  • The file dialogs should not be blurry on high DPI monitors, I hope.
  • Changed the file description in resources to prevent it being long in the task scheduler. And bumped up the version there, as I forgot it’s defined there since 1.3.6.3.
  • Reworked the progress bar to reduce redraws.
  • When a missing file is found, you can now type “all” instead of “y” to skip all missing files. Works until iami is closed.

So I tried to download IAMI from Google Drive and it gave me this:
image
(Virus detected, you cannot download this file)
Yandex worked fine, however.

Iamt update when

Finally got a update :ok_hand:

thats excactly what i needed, great job
and heres link for lazy people who dont want to scroll up

This is part of the reason yandex mirror exists. For some reason google flags executables as malicious from time to time, but only some of them and it never lets me appeal these. At some point both iamt and iami will be moved to GitHub so this won’t be a problem. I’ll see what can be done.

I took a look and Google doesn’t show any restrictions on my end, the file should be accessible. I’m not sure how to solve this.

Unless they are “signed”.

Virustotal gets 3 false positives with 1.3.8.1 and 14 false positives with 1.3.9.0 (Google is not one of them). I am not sure what exactly caused such a high jump.

UPD: It’s now at 21. This might be a new record, not going to lie.

Alright, I’ve added a password-protected IAMI.7z (the password is “iami”). It’ll remain there until either Google calms their stupid detection down or I find a way to report a false positive to them. Or until they remove the archive as well.
Or until the github version is uploaded.

I temporarily replaced the google drive version of IAMI with the one that’s not statically linked to Visual C runtime. It no longer throws 21 false positives, just 2 (no code changes!) and google actually lets me download the file now. However, this version will not be able to launch unless you have vcredist installed. I will see what can be done instead.

BIG CHICKEN UPDATE

So after the recent chicken remake topic I decided to put that chicken in game with a new animation! However putting that on big chicken wasn’t enough and I had to add reskins for both infinte chick, super chick (they reuse the eyes assets).

With that we got 3 new reskins, and there are also other bosses reuse big chicken head, now we have even bigger numbers!

Aside from this, I made some changes like moving the astronaut skin to ci5 pilot chicken instead.

No screenshots this time, I’ll leave it as a surprise!
