Either something went completely wrong or you’re doing something wrong. Just use the current version installer and “update” the game from v90.1 to v90.1. This will fix the file. If you’re using Steam, you need to launch local files check.

The only released version of UVE is UVE32. You can download it here:
interactionstudios.com/files/UVE140R.ZIP
But that is an old version. The latest version is UVE++11, but it wasn’t released.
