All of them exist in Arial font, installing arabic fonts also have Persian characters since they are used sometimes.

Absolutely. Although most of them are idiomatic and hence very tough. You might have to come up with something unrelated (a non-literal translation).

And if right-to-left won’t support, our only way is writing Pinglish (Farsi with English letters), which gives a stroke to people.
