The flags means that this text is translatable. If you translate them it will be removed.
Just type the translation then it will be saved and others can see if they chose the language that you are using.
Press Ctrl+T then in that menu press Ctrl+E to became English.
Or easier, close game and reopen it.
The ‘‘buy’’ text doesn’t get squeezed when translated to a language in which it is a bit longer (in my case it’s RO), it doesn’t squeeze on prices of 4 digits. Can it be fixed?
In CI3 it’s translated to O.P.S.I (Objeto Pollo Sin Identificar), but I think it should be O.P.N.I.

But even if you press ctrl + e, the notifications of other players will still be read in a different language. Hoping the ctrl + e that says return to English will make all translated texts back to English including notifications
