I still want to see an option to change exploration mode background. By the way, shouldnât there be some reward for exploring the whole constelation?
Why canât I travel here?
And after I explored my destination throught off-road, this way became avaible.
Speaking of interstellar highways,
maybe itâd be good if highways between star systems in different constellations were also marked?
As it is, you canât really tell if you have to go off-road just by looking at the map.

@GgWw1175: If memory serves, travelling between different constellations always counts as off-road. If itâs not marked with a line, then itâs not a highway.

Violet one is Nereides, green one (destination) is Prymneus
Okay, I was assuming that they are actually connected, since âinterstellar highwayâ is the only option available. I guess thatâs a bug, then.
Note: I just sold my off-road licence and I can confirm that it is possible to use the âinterstellar highwayâ option to travel between these two star systems.
Also, there are more connections that just this one.
Also, when you attempt to use a highway to travel between constellations when the highway option is greyed out, you get the same message as with star systems in the same constellation (which tells you that âyou must first explore all star systems along the interstellar highwayâ). So you should probably change that to avoid confusion.
@VerMishelb: The reason why itâs disabled is that when your destination lies in another constellation, you need to first explore both âgatewayâ star systems which âconnectâ the constellations together (i.e., the star system where you leave one constellation and the star system you enter the next one). I have now fixed this to allow a single hop across âunexploredâ route before complaining. Fixed in v.23 Bug.
@GgWw1175: Iâve changed the wording to avoid mentioning highways. Iâve also changed the color of the line as you jump across constellations to make it obvious that itâs not part of either constellation. Fixed in v.23 Bug.

One terrible person (me) just broke my friendâs daily challenge by pressing âEscapeâ during fight and surrender button appeared right at cursor. It would be nice to add some sort of protection from unpleasantness like this.
