Apparently, there is a small bug in the mailbox where you are reading a mail from UHF e.g Space Race in this example of Kes Gaming, the letters from the mail randomly disappear when someone sends him a dare (at 4:53 of the video)

I know that but for a streamer like Kes, this can get annoying if someone was particularly streamsniping and use mulitiple accounts to send friendly dares all the time so that Kes can’t read the mail from UHF or even fly a competitive mission
