Then what if you already upgraded all those 3 items (Orbit Droid, Warp Drive/Boost) to maximum? What can Hero Academy do beside selling Preset Config and Color Theme with the cheap price from original Galactic Shop?

First, it helped you buy those items and upgrade them with tiny fraction of the price, then why saying that is completely helpless? Something from the past that helped you is not useless at all.
Second, if you don’t need it, that doesn’t mean it’s useless (maybe only to you), there might be other players needing it now.

I think IA was looking at how people who purchased the full versions before (at least on Steam and/or standalone) could get the CIU versions without buying them again. But, there’s been no info about that. Worst case scenario, we’d have to buy them again.
That would hide some items from view. It’s better if everything is immediately visible/discoverable.
Actually what is needed is “buy remaining episodes” to cover cases where player already has bought some of them. But buying multiple items is not handled/supported on all platforms, so for consistency you have to buy them one at a time.

No. iOS is a huge mess right now, and it’s still unclear how to solve it. HD versions have been entirely removed by Apple, and SD versions are $1, which is far below what the Episodes cost. I think the most likely option is that I’ll delist the SD versions, and release brand new Episodes in their place (which, by necessity, will need to be purchased separately).
Ideally, my goal is that if you’ve purchased an Episode on any platform, you should be able to transfer it to all other platforms. But there are complications and some combinations might not be possible. The first step is to get Steam working (a beta is coming soon), then the IA website, then Android, and last of all iOS.

One solution I could see for extreme situations is that you can set up a Google Form and let people send in a receipt to show proof of purchase and you could work your magic.
I know you can view them cutscenes by playing it alone and skip it yourself anytime but as for multiplayer… sometimes players skipping cutscenes is an huge mistake in multiplayer the episodes then that’s the reason why we need an skip cutscene vote button for multiplayer only of the episodes. (the ciu versions for more curious)
also, i am wanted to ask but we are finally getting an brand new major content to the game and so what is boot camp missions? and what it does work while visiting heroes academy?
