I’d like to ask all people here besides those who have unwanted opinions on the game, do you play CIU for a passtime, for fun, or because you feel obligated to beat the game?

I play this game with a passion. It’s my favorite CI game of all time.

Ignoring the weapon mechanics in all the games combined, I personally think Chicken Invaders 3 was the biggest glowup for the series, and Chicken Invaders 5 is one of the best. Chicken Invaders 2 had good music and good cutscenes, as with all of the other games being enjoyable on their own.
