So whenever I or someone in Multiplayer uses Positron Stream, When they stop firing it you can still hear the Positron Stream sound Even when you are not in a mission, The ONLY Way to get around it is by Relogin in.

Playing single player still have that bug too. You don’t need to relogin, you can double-tap to firing enermy one more time for getting around it.
Also, this bug has in Plasma Rifle, too
