New Mission Type Suggestions

Suggestion #1:An underwater mission type based on Epsilon Thallasus from Chicken Invaders 5,each mission should have a different layout from the original Epsilon Thallasus if that is possible,a new boss type and new enemy types for them would be nice too
Suggestion #2:An underground mission type based on Gamma Cthon from Chicken Invaders 5,like the suggestion above,each mission should have a different layout from the original Gamma Cthon,new enemy types for them would be nice and a new boss type if possible to program
Suggestion #3:A mission type based on Eta Astropelecae,each mission does not need a different layout from the original Eta Astropelecae,but new enemy types and a new boss fight would be nice
Suggestion #4:An atmosphere mission type based on Earths Atmosphere from Chicken Invaders 5 for Earth-like planets,like the suggestion above it does not need to be different from the original mission and perhaps it only needs a new boss type if possible to program

Welcome to the forum, but sadly these ideas aren’t new, they were already suggested before in the forum even they are in the FAQ, it’s recommended to read it.

: At the very early stages of development The developer considered if/how planetary missions could be added to CIU. He ultimately decided that it was way too much effort, because those missions work on a completely different framework on CI5.

Think about how you would randomly generate such missions. The main issue was few (none?) of the existing enemy formations could be used, because they don’t take account “terrain areas”. A whole new set of waves specific to each terrain would have to be created.

So the idea was shelved. It’s quite possible that it will eventually make it in CIU.
