Do you have a copy of your save files? If you do, put them in C:\ProgramData\InterAction Studios, or try reinstalling the game

There is no way to restore what you’ve deleted. Start anew and be more careful when messing with files. Always make backups.

My profile (progress) is lost! This happens rarely. Cause is unknown, but still under investigation. No fix. Workaround: If you’ve installed more than one version of the game on your computer, you can use the profile from the previous (good) version. Go to C:\ProgramData\InterAction studios\CIU\ia. If you have more than a week (or two, not sure) worth of progress, you can send Interaction Studios a private message and he will give you instructions. They’re pretty simple so Imma write them down here:

Taking the server down for 10 seconds to recover a lost account. Be more careful with your account data, you’re inconveniencing other players every time you lose it. From now on, no accounts will be recovered unless you’ve lost at least 2 weeks worth of progress.
