You can just mod your own.
Are the modifications only for the Steam version or for all versions?
Depends on the modification. IAMI technically supports any game of any PC version, from the original CI1 to the latest CIU. Most of the mods made for Steam version should also work in the standalone version and vice versa, but mods made for original episodes won’t work on corresponding Seasons (the recent CIU engine remakes). The problems will rise if the version of the game is drastically different (e.g. the first CI3 version and the one that’s currently on Steam), as the file names have changed since then.

It is possible that you haven’t installed the emergency patch which can be found here. The current mod is currently broken due to new updates and I am too busy in my personal life to fix the mod.
