Which changes?
Anyway, I’m pretty sure that changes to stats or mechanics carry over to old spacecraft (or rather that the game doesn’t keep track of the old stats, because why would it?).

I got in that star system and unfortunately the heat sink wasn’t legendary, cuz it told me to wait until tomorrow. When you find another one, please let me know.
Well if you wait there, it should restock. The restocking happens more frequently than the location shifts, I believe.
