when update?

Which game are you talking about? If it’s CIU, I’d say it’ll be out in a week or two since a new BETA release is now available, but you should take this with a grain of salt since it’s ultimately up to iA. You can check it out here and report your experiences in the topic.

Hello,

I need your help please. Do you have any tips on how to get the Medal of extreme appetite effectively and efficiency?

Which weapon/level types work best with this? Use Appetite attractors that is clear.

Thank you very much and kind regards

As long as you don’t bring any mountables (satellites included) before flying

Medal of extreme appetite: win a mission without mounting any mountables and satelites
Basically, its like win a mission with 1 lives only

That’s the award condition for the Medal of Extreme Unpreparedness. The actual condition for the medal in question is to achieve “90% food collection in an entire mission.”

Although I haven’t been playing CIU for months due to more important commitments, I can most certainly confirm that mounting attractors can net you more food. Since the medals rely on the value of foods rather than the actual count, you should prioritize collecting larger ones like whole chicken roasts and “Super size me” burgers (the tall ones with three olives sticked to their bun with toothpicks).

I hope this tip helps! Would you like to know how to get other medals?

i bought cluck of the dark side from the interaction studio website, will i have it as a dlc for free in the chicken invaders universe?

never mind

I know what the Medal of extreme appetite is and how you get them.

But my question was, how to get the Medal of extreme appetite effectively and efficiency?

Thanks anyway

you can rather do squawk block with appetite attractor, it’s effective and efficient
If you dont know appetite attractor is, here

not needed

sheesh i want them waste more keys

I directed my first paragraph only at RB and thai. I intended the other two to address your concern, that’s actually why I pinged you.

I now see in hindsight how confusing the structure of my response is. All these uni assignments and stuff have imposed a burden on my mind, and it shows. I will try to pay more attention to structuring my writings in the future, though.

You already asked about the efficient part. One could just scroll back up a bit to your original message which actually has the specifics you’re looking for (i.e., which type of mission and weapon are the most helpful in grinding this medal). However, it somehow slipped my mind as I was writing my first answer, my apologies.

As K12 said, you’ll want to fly Squawk Block missions, especially since all the waves in said missions are mostly identical. Although you’re constrained to one dimension of maneuvering instead of the usual two, you can still collect a lot of food with relative ease.

I recommend mounting at least one attractor to get items that fall just low enough to be unobtainable by normal means, but once again, it’s not required.

For weapons, it doesn’t matter which one you use as long as you don’t miss too much food.

Speaking of missing, my point regarding food values still stands. You better snatch them roasts :slightly_smiling_face:!

What’s the difference between the new episodes on CIU and the existing CI1-5?

Playing the Episodes on Universe would be the only place you can do multiplayer under this new setup. You’d also have full advantage of the Universe engine in the Episodes, which means Vulcan is no longer a bad weapon and atoms/presents in 4 follow your orientation (in comparison to the original one, which fall straight down). These are just a couple of examples.

Hi there.

It’s very hard for me to get friends to join the game and play with me with the current multiplayer system. Would it be possible to integrate Steamworks P2P into the game, limited to a couple of people? My country generally has symmetric NAT on most of its routers and so its quite hard for me to setup games.

I just need any other way to get my friends to play with me, and the steam P2P would be an ideal solution for smaller games.

I’m a bit conflicted between getting the Bird Flu gun and the Barbequer. Which one would you reccomend me to use?

if you need a satellite weapon that deal AoE damage, choose Bird Flu Gun
if you want to destroy every enemy projectiles, you would consider choosing Barbequer.
