It is not underrated. One of the strongest weapons in the game tbh. Overheat is not problem.

I think its problems are multiple:
It’s overheat iſn’t great;
It’s hard to aim;
When hitting anything ſmaller than the Yolk Star, it’s effective firepower in vaſtly reduced;
It juſt feels dumb.
That beïng ſaid, its liſt of problems is alſo its liſt of traits that diſtinguiſh it from the others, and it’d be a ſhame to change it fundamentally.

No, It’s damage is so small. And it’s overheat

Statistically,it actually has some of the highest DPS in the game for the short time before it overheats.
