Ultra VGA Engine for C++11. The only UVE version that is available for download is the Turbo Pascal version (Ultra VGA Engine 32-bit).
CI1 uses UVEDX (Ultra VGA Engine for DirectX 7.0).

Nope. InterAction studios mentioned that this is temporarily measure to test this system out, because it’s important, and they don’t know if it’ll be paid feature or not yet.
