I think so. From Android stats, more than 50% of players who have downloaded the game never start a mission. Maybe the UI is confusing (“Save the World”?), maybe there’s some other reason, who knows. This way at least they’ll see what the game is about.

After finishing the “tutorial” mission, there shouldn’t have been any counting in the “Stats” section like mission flown, mission lost, mission won,… even medals. Because that’s just a guide on how to play.
When running app, It does not show iA logo → “InterAction Studio present” letters → show “Chicken Invaders Episode 2 - The Next Wave” logo in middle screen before showing main menu screen.

Are we allowed to play a fully tutorial mission from CIU right in CI2 DLC ?
If i’m not wrong, there is a “CI2 button sound” from the old game. I think we should use that sound, instead of the CIU button sound in the DLC game.
Also, can we have a different default design for each spaceship in each DLC (well, i think only the Muller should be different from CIU is enough, since we can only using other spaceship by unlocking the game, which no necessary to change the default design of them - just my opinion).
We don’t have to use the exact default spaceship from the old CI2 game, just change the customize of that spaceship.

Update #1: The game didn’t give me any keys i collected inside the mission, even i surrendered the mission. Your logo didn’t appear when i restart the game.
Update #2: Some suggestions that i think they could be useful for everyone to challenge themselves.
1- “Special Weapon” setting: Add the “Off” option, so player can’t collect a special weapon item for each 50 food items.
2- Since we already had “No powerups” setting. How about “No gifts” setting? This mean that there is no dropped gifts in the mission.
I have just caused this accidently.
After i disconnected the mission, i clicked to “Tutorial” accidently. The game didn’t ask me anything, just take me inside the tutorial mission. And… I lost my progress of the CI2 mission.
The game should ask the player if they’re are sure for playing the tutorial mission (except when the player download the game first time).
There are 2 features that iA should use from the old games.
1- We still can start our mission again even we are still in the progress of the mission.
2- The career medal for each difficults. This feature is already existed in the old CI5 game. I think this is very useful, so that everyone have the motivation to collect all the medals for each difficults.
Question:
1- Since CI2 or CI3 don’t drop the Satelite inside the mission, how could we have them inside the mission from DLC after we turn on the “Satelites from the future”? (update: Thank @Sammarald for your answer below)
2- In the old game, each difficult will have each different targets for getting an extra lives, but that’s only have 3 difficults. Now we have 6 difficults, and how much score we have to get for an extra lives in each difficult now?
Hot take, but I have an idea that can utilize the unpreparedness medal by bringing over mission configs to the episodes. I’ll reveal the details on another topic soon.
I don’t know which English word can i call for this but… the light around the game name should be red (for Christmas), green (Easter), blue (Summer), orange (Thanksgiving) or green (Halloween), instead of using the default light blue.

the word “Thưởng tên lửa” means Extra Missile. But it get more confused, i’m using Dimensional Phase-Outs. So weird.
My idea is that (If this idea gets through) change the word Extra Missile to like “Extra Special Weapon” or more specifically “Extra (special weapon equipped)”
