These messages were created at weird times because of the galaxy regeneration. Just ignore it. All messages created from now on should be correct.
All mission history has been cleared, so technically it is your first mission.
No. Double Team is CHL-exclusive, which would cause complications (because it might not be available for both players).
I don’t see a bias. They both have the same probability of appearance. Again, true randomness (white noise) is not the same as what most people intuitively expect (which is blue noise).

That’s always been like this. The legs don’t take any damage, and they overlap/obscure the main collision area.

As a rule, only the first person to suggest something gets the medal. However, in cases where I have missed the original post (as in this case) and was reminded by some unrelated person, then I’ll award medals to both.
