It was this one I guess:

Changing map filter mid-travel makes the ship invisible?

When I tried to travel from a place to another, changing the map filter from “Explored” to “Heroware” (any other filter, really.) made the ship just disappear. But trying to focus back on your ship makes it reappear. Either the camera was lagging behind, or the ship just disappears. EDIT: Thank you @ScarletCuboids for confirming.
