Because the base sprite was rendered with a material darker than white (and by quite a bit, actually, as shown below), the end result is pretty much always going to be darker. [image] For the record, this is what I got when I took a sample from that screenshot and applied the color to the base sprite. @InterAction_studios the vf ship being completely imminue to lightning is kinda op, i think it should make the ship overheat or slow it down for a couple of seconds

Or when the lightning strikes, we can make it so that the ship cannot shoot for about 5 seconds instead of overheat because of Coolant Canister and maybe reduce the firepower the ship currently has without dying depending on mission difficulty.
