Actually in CI2, red asteroids appear from chapter 7 (after asteroid belt) not as you said.

In Original CI2, they will appear on Chapter 9/Venus
CI2U, instead they appeared on Chapter 7/Mars
- Puppet bat chicken’s cluck sound in CI4U Halloween seasonal is not same like in original CI5/CI5U Halloween cutscene where Authentic Hero returns to Earth to prepare install the device and the chicken puppet appears from Earth.
- In Christmas seasonal, “CI2 theme” music in Galactic Store can be used CI2 Remastered Christmas Edition main theme? Even CI2 Victory music. As for CI2 Music 01 (cutscene theme) no need to change.

Great in the next wave it’s getting boss buffer feeling at ironman enemy projectile faster and big chicken/military ci2 movement speed or mother hen ship ci2 boss 0.5 attack delay like early access v7 v10 in SSH.
Maybe you don’t understand what I mean. Only CI2 Remastered Christmas Edition cutscene theme is same as CI4 Victory music. CI2 Remastered Christmas Edition main menu here:

It’s my turn now for reporting any bugs, or any suggestions about CI2U (and other things):
1- “Changing screen to screen” aninmation: When i have just opened the game, i see that game is using the CI2 changing screen animation. Well, i think iA should change this as a setting in “Option”, which means players can choose a custom changing screen animation, instead of the CI2 animation in BETA, or the CI3 animation like we always saw from the past of CIU History until now.
2- Why the CI2 Exhaust … doesn’t look like the original?

3- Suggestion: You have added this style to CIU (i mean, CI2U). So how about adding this style to the current Anniversary Mission? This means Chickens 's death sound, chickens’s moving animation can be applied to Anniversary Mission
4- Boronrailgun in Chapter 1? I think all CI3/CI4/CI5 weapon should be started from Chapter 2.
5- “Paratroopers” wave (and its variant): The chickens can be escaped by moving down to the screen, so where’s the “Clean Sweap” bonus? Also i notice one thing in this wave: If you are killing a chicken, this actually that you have just killed 2 enemies (one is when they still bring the umbrella, one is when they fly around the screen)
6- “Close Encounter” wave: The UFO in CI2 original has its “moving” sound and “death” sound, while in CI2U, it still keep the sound from CI3.
7- “Show 'em who’s Boss” and “Fight”: This Military Chicken shoots 3 pink bullets, and those bullets’s speed don’t match with the difficult of the game (wave 10/110, with SSH skill, the actually difficulty is over 50%). Oh, Boss’s health doesn’t match with the difficulty, too. For the the Big Chicken, their speed is too fast than anything i expected.
8- “Chicken Interception” wave (and its variant): I don’t see its variant appear from the left edge of the screen
9- “Mother Hen-ship” Villain: Won’t iA make a CI2 Villain Music for it?
Also, why these bullets are bigger than the original game?
10- What the… why the red asteroid appear from Chapter 7 like an enviroment of the game.
11- Berserker Chicken: After killing them, the red feathers fly out of them, not the white feathers
Ah, i’ll stop here. I can’t fight 4 Military Chickens with Asteroid Environment. I’ll wait for V141.3.

Sound bug/mishap: Paratroopers enemies plays the same sound when released from the umbrella and gets killed
Try use other weapon not Plasma Rifle. Berserker Chicken will be same Assassin Chick (add magenta or red blend color if it get few damage).
There’s a few problems with CI2U
1 - Bosses are way way WAY too buff (Sargent Chicken comes in at 300kHP for W10 SSH, Boss Chicken comes in at 500kHP for W20 SSH and Mother-Hen Ship comes in at 593.75kHP for W40 SSH)
2.1 - Projectile speed is way too fast for SSH (I think it’s Ironman speed of about +≥250%)
2.2 - Projectile speed and boss movements is SSH speed on Seasoned or easier
3 - Big Chicken boss fight skips at W20 while playing Multiplayer (me and T-Poser found this bug)
4 - W50 Partial-softlock: Wave resets twice if progress is 60% in multiplayer (me and T-Poser found this bug)
5 - Cracking the shell of The Mother-Hen Ship doesn’t drop power and gifts
6 - Metal Mother-Hen Ship doesn’t move Mother-Hen starts moving after 80% (intenational or bug?)
7 - Mother-Hen death doesn’t play explosion sound
8 - The “Oh Yeah! Die, egg!” scene doesn’t warp
