• CI3 Balloon chicken: Fixed pop/deflate sounds not being played if starting number of balloons is less than maximum. Took the opportunity to rework damage effects (multiple flares can now be displayed as balloons pop) (@OneWingLunarian @ordinary_ryxt Bug)

I don’t know if someone reported this or not, but the balloon chickens in CI3 don’t have that sound when all the balloons burst
