I noticed when Vader appears in Exponentiality, the lights on him don’t blink at all (passively or when he attacks with his radial lasers), compared to his standalone version. Is that intended or not?
When Chickvader changing our direction, the light is blinking faster than normal too 
how he skiped the ban and the game protect?

I’d argue that’s a indication that his barrier is being put up before the laser spin.

It’s unusable – hardly anyone has filled in their real name there.
Probably the result of very poor FPS as someone is docking. Ignore it.
These names will be dynamically updated from the game account data every few weeks. Change your in-game callsign and the credits will eventually show it.
