I don’t playing mods because normal CIU is already good enough, in fact.
Also, since this game is MMO, there are some limitations about modding.

How are you gonna detect if someone has cosmetically modded their CIU client?
The only way for you to know is go to someone’s PC have a modded CIU and look at it (which can cause major privacy issues)
And banning modding ruins the game chaotic environment don’t you think?
