In the ci5 the aquatic place is available in the ciu make the aquatic planet
Right now we can’t add planet levels to CIU because in CIU the levels are picked randomly and there’ a chance you can spawn at the wall and destroy your spaceship. The closest we are to implementing it is this idea: Planetary missions generator, but we can’t be sure if IA will use it and given the current speed of developing CIU don’t expect it soon.

We can choose level from aquatic planet like droids and less the wall or delete them and start mission with no wall and you go some minute wall is available
You can’t just delete the floor from planet level. Where would the water go? Also take a look at the topic I posted - the problem of picking levels randomly is already solved.
