So considering of what we are seeing here, if IA customizes the game to be runnable on android 4 they will target about 60% of players to be able to play. But with the better option ( if possible ) android 2 will be targeting about 99%. Also, IOS guys, 95% of ios players can receive the game by ios 7 or 8.
Generally, the choice is with IA, but this poll, can help.
