XInput Joypad not responsive when the game is paused

Hey there!

I wanted to play CIU with my Xbox gamepad. It went nicely until I paused the game during mission. For some reason, whenever I try to choose a button in a pause menu with a left stick or diagonal pad, nothing seems to respond.

I know it may be a minor inconvenience, but regardless I want this to be fixed.

[Tested with Xbox Elite Series 2 controller]

I accidentally broke this when the episodes were added.

Fixed in v.145 :medal_sports: Bug
