Why do CIU sever shut down in UTC+7?

I discovered that after 7:30 pm (UTC+7) every CIU server shut down for me, does any other Vietnamese (or people who live in UTC+7) like me get this weird thing that happened to you?
*Specifically: the game will never log in and just says that it has timed out ( i have a good network)

I always get the same error at 9pm in my country, i’ve already reported that and IA is currently investigating the problem

but whenever im playing at 9p.m. (in my country) i do always get an disconnection with a message that says “Other side closed connection”

9pm your local time is midnight GMT, which is when the servers do their daily maintenance. If it takes too long, you’ll be disconnected. I haven’t looked at how long maintenance takes, I’ll investigate.
