Which things in the game is "buy 1 use forever"?

I am guessing that things like musics, skills, hardpoints, always on things and ship-equipments can be use forever once you buy them, is it true? Also what’s the other things like this?
I need to ask because I am a new and can’t sacrifice keys for a test

Pretty much everything except Mountable/Special weapons.
