Solution 1: Reinstall CIU (of course :joy:)
Solution 2: Reinstall Windows

It isn’t my primary language too.

I would suggest reinstalling the graphic card drivers. Use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to uninstall the current one (you will need to enter in safe mode, you can find instructions as to how here ) and then install the most recent GPU driver (from either Nvida, AMD or Intel, the one you have).
