Weirdness with the site on my end (Microsoft Edge)

So basically for a while now sometimes the site would fail to register some posts as read. I didn’t think much of it and many people were complaining about the site just weirding in general. I thought I was immune to it but I saw this and decided that it was broken.

So the forum is broken even on the default Microsoft Edge browser.

Yeah, but this is not CSS error. We need to see if more people have this kind of error.

Same thing happens for me in Google chrome and its annoying does it happen because of my slow internet connection ?
