In my opinion, Frozen Environment should have a similar effect like CI5 Chapter 8 (blizzard and wind whispering) like this

make environments buff certain dmg types while nerfing certain dmg types
Ex: Cold environment buffs Metal or nuclear for +50% dmg while nerfs Fire or bio for -50%
