UV Backgrounds recreation attempt + Questions and Suggestions

Just updated the topic with a new section:

@Pinanas

• Nebula blending issue

@InterAction_studios

Disadvantages:

• Requires some heavy alpha blending, so fillrate-limited GPUs might struggle. Some benchmarking is needed.

What about disabling both animation, blending in low detail mode?
I guess disabling animation might be enough but imo.

If the blending alone is disabled, I guess it might make the game faster, not sure how much it will be ruined.
