I have a question about translations. I would love to translate the game to Serbian but I would also like to know which letters am i allowed to use.
In Serbia we use both cyrillic and latinic letters. Is it fine if i do it in both?
Yes it is. However, I would assume that, for consistency’s sake, you would only use one or the other, and not mix both in the same game. Is that not so?
Also, there’s already an ongoing Serbian translation, so you’d do well to coordinate with it and use it as a reference.

Bold to assume anything about human language being consistent. 
I don’t know enough to speak for Serbian, unfortunately, but Japanese has three different “alphabets” of characters that are used in different contexts - sometimes within the same sentence.
Random fact of the day, I know, but I felt like it was worth mentioning.

Japanese is weird man, and I say that as someone whose language’s alphabet looks like spaghetti
