When you are in CIU, everything seems normal until you click the shortcut “Win + L” and switch users to the 2nd user, then go back to CIU on the first user that was running it, you will notice that the Windows cursor skin sticks to the CIU cursor skin and follows it all the time, this bug however, works in Full Screen, Borderless and even on Windowed (only on PC this bug happens).
I am on Windows 10
Here are screenshots of what I have found:
If you entered a mission, it will stay fixed on the center all the time, moving it doesn’t work at all
This bug is also working on the menu before logging in
And apparently, if you restarted the game, the cursor goes back to normal:
it happens every time when you switch users or hit Win + L and log in to the other user while CIU is running, @Randomdude.ia also encountered the same issue with his PC
