In this picture you will see this exhaust in the game, but the screenshot looks good
In fact, this exhaust has a bug (60 Hz)
But very strange when i make screenshots in ShareX (In period when it showing preview of the screenshot which I made)

Isn’t this simple screen tearing? Happens to me too when played in fullscreen mode, but not when in windowed.

Most probably yes.
Try turning the V-Sync on.
I turned, but my mouse became, how The Bomber ship, very slow
It feels slow only in menu. When you play it doesn’t feel wrong.
