Communication is the most important in the squadrons.

Squadron is something you can bring a few people, then go on a mission, then give it to your squadron
Note: To see how much your squadron has progressed, go to the Hall of Fame> then go to the squadrons. There you can see the squadron information. But you have to have a squadron license. Next you have to upgrade to 8.

Even for a huge development team like Clash of Clans, they have decided to remove global chat in 2019, after 7 years of trying to moderate it. So I don’t think even squadron chat can be easily handled in this small game.
