Squadron Reward displays a member that's not in squadron

1uws is not in my Kishinjou Squadron…

But the Squadron Rewards says that they completed my assignment, despite them not being inside my Squadron?

I mean, he’s in my other squadron, but not this one.

I know he’s not a member now, but was 1uws previously ever in your Kishinjou squadron? In other words, did he move from one of your squadrons to another?
