Really. If someone find Shady Dealer with M408, I will honor.
Honestly this could almost be merged into the Legendary Tracking Topic, except that I kind of fear people will just post every Shady Dealer they see and the general quality of information in that topic will plummet.

@InterAction_studios The sell price has a little unfair here. The price of 0-level Riddler is 275 key but when I click the 8-level riddler, the price just lower than 0-level price. Is this a bug?
