Repair Reactors etc

Need repair reactors , heatsinks, or engines after a certain amount of playtime.

Like about every 40 mins (or maybe an hour) of playtime, your reactors and heatsinks would need maintenance.
You would have a choice to either repair it or upgrade it if needed.

If not, then they would work at a lower efficiency than normal.

P.S: This would most likely increase the playtime of the game.
