I am new at CIU game from about 4 months and I still Janitor .and I played lots of waves and missions
How can I promote to ensign or lieutenant?
I am 75% near from ensign and it tell me use this weapon, what does it mean?

Weapon quests dictates that you have to strictly use that listed weapon throughout the whole mission (you can pick up atoms and the same present). That means your ship needs to have that weapon equipped on it from the start.

Ok I understood. So I should buy the dragged weapon in quests from galactic store and load it to spaceship
And use it only in victorious missions to promote.
I also have a small question.
If I increase skill from rookie to veteran, does this increase gained keys from missions?
