v119.6 EMERGENCY PATCH (server-side)

• Quests: “Fly cup missions” and “Fly league missions” goals will now accept any competitive mission. In v.120, “Fly cup missions” will be renamed to “Fly competitive missions” and “Fly league missions” will be removed entirely. (@OneWingLunarian Idea)

OK it’s accepting all competitive mission now but it won’t be renamed until v120.
