Can you remove internet time out giving up if internet is slow.
People can have troubles in internet making them unable to login making them leave for weeks that might result thier account to be removed.
(I’m having some issues right now i can’t log in bec my internet currently too slow)
“Timed out” error appears only if your PC sends packets to the server and server is not giving response for a long period (usually 10-30 seconds for games), which means you can’t recieve packages at all from server (provider blocks it or whatever on your side) or your internet is that slow that your ping is higher than 20000 (which would already break any Internet-related stuff for you).
Your account will be blocked only if you have less than 4 hours of play time. If you played more, your ship will stay in galaxy until next major clean.

Great i have more than 4 hours!
It’s an hour, not 4 hours.
Deleted users that haven’t logged in in the past 4 weeks and have less than an hour of playtime.
