So I’m the next player with a lost account problem.
I tried to restore all my lost data in C:\ProgramData\InterAction studios\CIU folder. I copy/paste all folders from version that I was playing before losing my progress (25) and it didn"t recover my lost data.
I have also reinstalled CIU from my computer and installed again, but it didn’t work too…
I don’t know how create all the backup things in C disc.
InterAction Studios, please, can you help me?

You created a back-up before you actually lost the progress,right? If so,all it takes is to put it back in
C:\ProgramData\InterAction studios\CIU . It should work,I don’t see why it wouldn’t work for you.
No. I’m not very good at programming so I didn’t create a back-up…
so I guess I have to play from the beginning…

You mean just programmers backup something?!

try to delete the new version of save data and then delete ciu and install new ciu version again.
