You probably already know the radiation hazard symbol, this wave basically looks like this.
- This wave consists of 6 groups of enemies forming around a barrier gear.
- Three of those groups are protected by the blades, in which the other three are exposed.
- Hitting the barrier gear at the center will make the three blades switch position to the previously unprotected group of enemies.
- Indestructible level 4 barriers are placed at the innermost side of the blades that will randomly fire red neutrons outwards.
- For higher difficulty, these level 4 barriers are now placed at the outermost side of the blades.
- Unlike the biohazard wave, the formation slowly rotates clockwise or counterclockwise.
